Processing Time
All orders are processed within the next business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In the event of a high volume of orders or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

We currently ship only within the USA.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at studioninetofive@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged after delivery.
Returns and Exchanges

- All sales are final.
- We will only accept hair extensions that are in their original condition within 7 days of delivery. The tie used to hold the extension together must not be cut, broken, or removed.
